Who we are

Team Treasurer is a product of Ploski Studio in Alberta, Canada. We help youth sports teams keep track of budgets, dues, and expenses.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the app:

• Your account email (used to sign in)
• Team finance data you enter — budgets, dues, expenses, player names, and similar records you choose to keep in the app

We do not ask for social insurance numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card details. If you pay for the app, billing is handled by the App Store (iPhone), Google Play (Android), or Stripe (web). We do not store card numbers.

How we store and process it

Your account is signed in with Firebase Authentication. Your team records are stored in Firestore (Google Firebase).

On iPhone, subscriptions go through the App Store. On Android, they go through Google Play Billing. On the web, paid plans go through Stripe.

These services process data so we can provide Team Treasurer. We do not use your team finance data for advertising.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal data. We use it to provide the service: let you sign in, keep your team books, and process a subscription if you have one.

We may share data only when required by law, or with the providers named above so the product can function.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself at any time: sign in, open Settings, and tap Delete My Account. This works on the website and in the Android and iPhone apps. It immediately and permanently deletes your sign-in, your team finance records, and your subscription records, and cancels a subscription billed through our website. Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store must also be cancelled in that store.

If you can't sign in, email contact@teamtreasurer.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Email requests may take a few business days. Billing records held by Apple, Google Play or Stripe follow those companies’ own retention rules.

Kids and youth teams

Team Treasurer is built for coaches and parent treasurers, not for children to use on their own. Player names and dues you enter are team records you control. Do not put in more personal detail about players than you need.

Where we operate

Ploski Studio is based in Alberta, Canada. Your data may be stored on Firebase and billing providers’ servers, which can be outside Canada. If that matters for your team, email us before you sign up.

Changes

If we change how we handle data in a material way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
